Role description and Purpose:
Coordinate STEM projects for Future Ones in alignment with the Future Ones Vision and Values: “S’porting STEM Success”.
The ideal candidate must support day-to-day requirements in a professionally responsive and responsible way. This is a volunteer, part-time role for someone passionate about STEM, education and motorsport and offering related experience.
Required skills:
• Set up effectively to work remotely - laptop, connectivity, dedicated workspace.
• Relevant experience in project management, preferably in a STEM-based industry, NGO, academia or sports organisation.
• MS Office expertise and reasonably tech savvy.
• Project coordination and administration experience.
• Stakeholder support experience.
• STEM experience, with interest in research. Motorsport experience is an advantage.
• Social media and written communication skills.
• Strong relational skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, structured and analytical thinking.
• Problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities:
• Project coordination and administration.
• Stakeholder support and engagement.
• Project secretarial support.
• Comfortable with tech, numbers and administration.

Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday, excluding weekend events. Approximately 8 hours per week.
• Hybrid and flexible – will be required to come into the office and attend events.
